The Final Frontier… & Beyond – Thoughts on Leadership

I really liked the themes and sentiments expressed in the “Five Leadership Lessons From James T. Kirk” Forbes article by Alex Knapp. One of the recurring themes at the RiskMinds Conference, and which re-emerged in our poll, was the qualities required of risk management professionals; tenacity, resilience in the face of uncertainty, leadership and communication skills – needed in this galaxy, at this moment in time!
